From Waterford In ireland come the Dead Heavys who deal a psychedelic tinged guitar pop that could easily grab the whole stadium full of post oasis fans as well as the charts.

They have a natural songwriting skill but a nice twist in trippiness that has the sort of summery shimmer that is so often missing from our weather and reminds of Blue Oyster Cult’s one off old time hit ‘Don’t Fear The Reaper’ (if the band ever needed to do a cover that’s the song to go for…)
