LTW louderthanwarThis a great archive clip for BBC’s Look East progamme about the last big youthquake in the UK – the rave scene.

Before it go commidified into lub culture the outdoor raves were where it was really ahepping and of course the authorities were panicking. Watxhing this is like watching a glimpse into an ancient time- the cars, the clothes and music frame into the distnat past but the spirit of party rebellion and good times depsite the clampdown still come through and it’s a magical portal into one of those rare periods when the people make entertainment on their own terms.

Watxh the clip here.
