Fresh off the back of the most recent single from Forever Cult, the consistently great Clue Records now bring us Blue Bags, the latest cut from four-piece NARCS.

The first single to be taken from the band’s forthcoming second album, as well as featuring on a limited cassette with label-mates Forever Cult, Blue Bags sees NARCS once again luring listeners in to a false sense of security before the track collapses in on itself in a cacophonous angst-ridden post-punk.

Speaking about the release, guitarist Joe says: “Living in the time we do feels weird. People are constantly doing fucked up things to each other, empathy is treated as a weakness and meanness gains respect. Blue Bags is our response to this historical trend of man’s inhumanity to man, basically. We have a vote every 5 years but we have band practice more often and this is our outlet.”
