Battery Operated Orchestra - BOO

Battery Operated Orchestra - BOOA dark tale of a final tryst, smeared lipstick and a little blood on the wall. Strange Goodbye, the latest single from Battery Operated Orchestra builds from a sultry whisper through a searing crescendo to a release that is utterly devastating.

Singer Brigitte Rose’s body contorts alarmingly over her cool vocal delivery in this latest video from BOO. The band walk the line between sweet, sparse electro sounds and a deep, dark sense of foreboding that keeps you watching till the end.

Inspired by ABBA and DEVO their new album SNARE takes a darker turn again, inspired by the cold war and it’s echoes in the world and technology today.

True to their DIY moniker, their art encompasses every aspect of music production, from designing and making their CDs and videos to creating lighting and video art for their energetic live shows. Their music has been supported by BBC radio, WFMU and many other fine stations across the world.

Strange Goodbye is the third single from BOO’s forthcoming album Snare and will be available to download via Bandcamp.
