Incredible news on the campaign to support and protect music venues: Agent of Change COULD be added to the statute book TODAY. Please help us to make this happen! Read on:

On Tuesday 8 December (or Thursday 10 December), the House of Commons Public Bill Committee will consider an amendment to the Housing and Planning Bill 2015-16 proposed by Michael Dugher MP. That amendment is a measure which would mean that developers would be responsible for protecting music venues against future complaints when they build residences nearby. Essentially, it is Agent of Change.

It’s just one year ago that they launched Frank Turner‘s campaign to adopt the Agent of Change principle into UK law. Today, they could actually change the law so that it starts to happen.

This is URGENT: #keepmusiclive and #agentofchange are currently trending in the top 30 in the UK. If we can force them into the top 10, those can be the topics as the committee sits down to consider the amendments.
