Vaccines Unveil Exquisite New Song: Touch Of Stone Roses To Their Best Song Since DebutThe Vaccines have slipped out a new track from their upcoming Melody Calling EP. It’s has a sinuous, melodic groove with a touch of mid-period Stone Roses to it – like the perfect ‘end of summer’ anthem in fact.

Frontman Justin says he feels:

“inspired at the moment and the songs are pouring out of me.”

If they are all in this vein then the band sound like they have hit a golden groove.

Everybody’s Gonna Let You Down is from the Melody Calling EP which will be released on August 12. It was recorded during the band’s US sessions in March at Eldorado Studios in Burbank, Los Angeles, with producers John Hill (Rihanna, MIA, Santigold) and Rich Costey (Muse, Franz Ferdinand, Arctic Monkeys).

The release will coincide with the band’s US tour dates supporting Phoenix and Mumford and Sons.
