Louder Than War : Somehow the Clash’s second album is somehow still considered a disappointment after their acclaimed debut but when you listen to tracks like Tommy Gun you swifty realise that this was band that had not lost its urgent or edge or knack of twisting a great rock n roll song round into all shapes and sizes like this great impassioned anti war salvo.
