The Hacienda remains the most iconic club there’s ever been in the UK (well, you can argue the toss, but you’d be wrong), not least for its architecture/ design by Ben Kelly. The fact there’s still a website – – 16 years after the club finally closed its doors is testament to the enduring myth.
