The brainchild of Shrewsbury promoter Dene Edwards, who, after navigating his dance music brand ‘invasion’ to the superclubs of Ibiza called on his old mate Matt Crossland to discuss dropping something really big on Shrewsbury.
The festival itself is taking place at the Shrewsbury County showground on Berwick Road over the weekend of the 17th and 18th of September, and encompasses 1 main stage for the bands, 2 big top dance tents, silent disco, boat party (River Severn boat trip vessel ‘Sabrina’) and funfair, as well as a charity village and local produce market etc. All details of line up and charity links etc. can be found on the Shrewsbury Fields Forever website.
