Rolling Stones release good new single shock! The Stones are back!

And they have found their mojo…it was discovered in Keef’s potting shed underneath a load of uncle Mick’s discarded cricket pads, Charlies sleeping foals and dusty memories but there it was pulsing away!

The new single is gritty, grimy and comes with a full Stones swagger and sounds like a big international hit. The lyrics are about Louisiana swamp zombies and not, of course, about Mick’s home counties love of cricket but his vocals have not sounded this good for years and Don Was Not Was has produced this perfectly, getting the rhythm section to swing and the guitars to sound 21st century Apocolypse dark.

The Stones have been good live for years but their records have been fairly hit or miss but this is a great reminder to the not so young pretenders to their crown who can actually do the rock with the roll…
