5. One Hand Loose – Charlie Feathers.  

 

Charlie had already recorded some classic hillbilly / hillbilly bop at both Sun and Meteor records prior to his move to King records where he released some unique sounding rockabilly including this wonderful track. With his now trademark hick up vocal style fully established it’s easy to see why the Cramps cited Charlie’s music as a major influence 30 years later.
