Rare Stone Roses And Oasis Demos To Be AuctionedA number of rare Stone Roses and Oasis demos are to be put under the hammer by Omega Auctions in Stockport later this month on February 21st and 22nd.

The Oasis demos are Oasis first demo on cassette (LTW boss John  Robb is one of the people who has this demo) which was the ones they recorded with the Liverpool band the Real People  complete with handwritten lyrics from Noel Gallagher which has an estimated price of £1000/£1500.

A rare promo of Oasis’ debut album ‘Definitely Maybe‘, also on cassette, is expected to fetch between £200–£300, while a signed promotional poster for the 2000 single ‘Go Let It Out‘ is predicted to go for around £1,000.

The Stone Roses demos are even rarer and are up for sale for £2/3000 and are the ones with the unreleased  ‘Sun Still Shines‘ and early versions of ‘(Song For My) Sugar Spun Sister‘, ‘Going Down‘ and ‘Elephant Stone‘ another item will be a rare tape of the band’s classic debut album.
