Pop Not HateLouder Than War favourites Band Of Holy Joy will be spreading the word of love and togetherness as they headline a trio of gigs in aid of HOPE Not Hate (POP not hate), firstly at the Star in Shadow cinema in Newcastle then at The Musician in Leicester and The Lexington in London.

Billed under the banner Pop Not Hate, these unique concerts each feature a stellar line-up, including North Tyneside’s rising stars Hector Gannet, Helen McCookerybook, Oldfield Youth Club, Arrest!, Charlie Tipper, Kevin Hewick and Daryl Kirkland (see links below for individual bills and times for each concert).

Sat 18th – Star & Shadow Cinema, Newcastle

Sun 19th – The Musician, Leicester

Sun 26th – The Lexington, London

Band of Holy Joy are currently in a rich vein of form, having released a string of critically-acclaimed albums that tackle head-on the current state of the UK in the age of austerity, Brexit and the rise of the Far-Right.  Don’t miss this opportunity to see this vital group before the release of their eagerly-awaited new album, Neon Primitives.
