John Coltrane – ‘A Love Supreme’


There was a time when I thought that if there were a god, it must be John Coltrane. Within the realms of absolute free expression, ‘A Love Supreme’ stands out musically as Jackson Pollock’s action paintings do pictorially, both being statements of complete beingness: the individual fusing with the universe and speaking its voice, the voice of love, the quantum mass of infinite (divine) possibility.
