Long Division

Long DivisionA monster announcement from Long Division Festival as they announce another slew of bands including The Membranes.

Long Division today announce a further 41 bands, from across the musical spectrum, joining the previously announced Bis, Los Campesinos!, De Rosa and Her Name Is Calla are Sunderland’s finest Field Music, post punk legends Gang Of Four.

As well as The Membranes, the wonderful Brix & The Extricated, former Arab Strap man Malcolm Middleton, another of Sunderland’s fine exports The Lake Poets, as well as Manchester’s Man Made and disco duo Galaxians.

In the run up to Long Division have also announced four warm up shows, which will take place in Leeds, Sheffield, Huddersfield and Doncaster. These shows have been organized in conjunction with Long Division’s partners Hide & Seek Records in Leeds, DMF Digital in Sheffield, Vinyl Tap in Huddersfield and The First 45 in Doncaster.
