The Sundowners are a 5 piece band from the Wirral that make such a sublime, shimmering guitar pop with close harmonies from the two girl singers that it sounds so utterly timeless that the song could have been a hit in any decade.

This is a perfect piece of guitar pop produced by fellow over the water musicians James & Ian Skelly from the Coral at Parr Street Studios, Liverpool.

They band are just about to set out on tour as main support for Ren Harvieu on her October tour

They have also made a really cool video for the track that only cost £150.

They headline Manchester Soup Kitchen on 24th Nov and headline Liverpool Zanzibar the night before on 23rd Nov.

The single Hummingbird is released on their own label ”“ Thin Skin Records ”“ on 3rd December.
