6. The Cramps: Stay Sick!

The Cramps chew, swallow, digest and then puke-up Western culture – like we should all try to do – and they do it all with great style!

I first saw The Cramps at Manchester University in 1980 and have loved them ever since. I could have chosen any Cramps album really, as it’s all about the trash.

Once you accept Lux & Poison into your life you will be saved – it is very important that we all stay sick ‘cos if you get too healthy, you will die – and that’s a fact.

If you’re feeling down this album will drag you back up!
