Avant Hip Hop outfit, and LTW faves, True Neutral Crew reveal brand new music video.

X Files Clan (GRYPT Remix) is a brand new track from American alt-hop geniuses True Neutral Crew. Made up of Brian Kinsman: drums, vocals  Margot Padilla: electronics, vocals, Signor Benedick the Moor: vocals, and Daveed Diggs (who provides the verse in the second half of the track) True Neutral Crew have been at the forefront of the noise-hop genre for many a year now and it is great to have new material from them.

The track is a remix by LA multimedia dark-pop outfit GRYPT, who also direct the video.

The track itself is from the forthcoming benefit compilation on Deathbomb Arc called ‘EVIL II’ which is to raise funds for CAUSE, a group helping out the farmers on California’s central coast. Brian from DA explains the reasons such a group exists as such:

“In addition to the poor wages, unpaid overtime, and horrible health conditions the farmers are subjected to, now the Santa Barbara county government is trying to replace the farm workers with prison inmates. Considering the institutional racism of our legal system, this is not a far cry from having slaves picking crops again. Deathbomb Arc is, simply, not down with that.”
