The Royal Albert Hall and Louder Than Words Festival are delighted to announce four very special ‘in conversation’ events conducted by John Robb at the prestigious Elgar Room in this most iconic of buildings.

Integrating high quality with intimacy, these special events enable audiences to hear first -hand the histories, stories, anecdotes and tales that have shaped the lives of our guest authors.

Tuesday 14th July
6.30 – 8pm: Bob Stanley author of the classic Yeah Yeah yeah the Story of Modern pop Bob Stanley is a writer, musician, DJ, and film producer. Since founding influential pop group Saint Etienne.

9 – 10.30pm: Rick Buckler The Jam’s powerhouse drummer and author of That’s Entertainment: My Life in The Jam

Wednesday 15th July
6.30 – 8pm: Whispering Bob Harris talks about his autobiography Still Whispering After All These Years:
9 – 10.30pm: Nina Antonia and Peter Perrett talk about Nina’s classic biog on Peter The One & Only Peter Perrett – Homme Fatale
