Adam Brady is the host of the imaginatively named The Adam Brady Show (TABS), which airs on a Tuesday night between 9–11pm. Having initially DJd on the late, lamented Beatwolf Radio at the start of the 2010s, Adam continued his passion for music with Closewatch Music Blog (currently on hiatus). Adam joined the Louder Than War Radio team in summer 2022, with a manifesto of “keeping tabs on new music, rediscovering recent records, and with the odd older track thrown in for good measure.”
How much the “tabs” of “keeping tabs” came before or after the naming of his show is open to debate (look at the acronym), and Adam is keeping tight-lipped about it. As well as an appreciation of alliteration, Adam is keeping an eye on the eclectic, with his selections showcasing the surprising amount of genres and sub-genres of music out there — from post-punk to neo-classical, from ambient to jazz. Nobody knows what will be on from one show to the next — including Adam himself!
With regular album and label showcases, Adam is keen to explore the extraordinary world of music and to bring you all along on the ride.
All of the shows are uploaded to Mixcloud, and you can find all of Adam’s shows here:
