Lost Prophets frontman denies baby rape and other charges in court

Lost Prophets frontman Ian Watkins appeared in court by video to deny 23 sexual offences involving children according to the BBC.

Along with two women he appeared at Cardiff Crown Court via video link  He denied two charges of raping a baby, a charge of conspiracy to rape another child and other offences including sexual assault. He also denied a 24th offence of possessing indecent images involving an animal. The next hearing is on June 6th

In March, Watkins issued a statement via his solicitor, which denied all charges and said he would fight to clear his name. “Mr Watkins furiously denies all of the charges and allegations made. He intends to fight to the bitter end to clear his name.
