Warrington-based indie upstarts Viola Beach return with summery second single, Boys That Sing.

When Warrington’s Viola Beach exploded last year with their massive indie-pop debut Swings & Waterslides, it was always going to be a difficult track to top. Fortunately, thanks in part to a huge support slot with The Courteeners in December, the band’s momentum has shown no signs of slowing down. Now, as if a home-town show at Warrington’s legendary Parr Hall this October wasn’t enough, the four-piece have just released second single Boys That Sing, marking the launch of Communion’s Single Club.

Following in a similar vein to Swings & Waterslide, Boys That Sing is a bouncy and upbeat affair that’s sure to become a staple of the band’s shows with Stockport’s Blossoms this February. You can stream it below.
