Feral Five ramp up the kicks in new single EGO – a take down and take over of monster egos everywhere.

With echoes of the Berlin underground in its buzzing chip tune sounds and part German lyrics, it’s a dynamic drrrty electro disco tune of power and desire.

The EGO launch show is on 29th September on the Tamesis Dock boat, moored near Vauxhall. Presented by ArtHertz at the Totally Thames Festival, it features Feral Five live, an AV set by Richard Norris of The Grid /and electronic supergroup Beyond The Wizard’s Sleeve, and the Tamesis short film premiere.

Feral Five singer/guitarist Kat, and bassist and throat-grabbing beats creator Drew, are from London and Kent. They write and produce at Feral HQ and have created remixes for rising stars Sisteray and deux furieuses and, were featured on BBC 6 Recommends with their collaboration with spoken word artist Equinox.

The Ferals have played Music Tech Fest with a 3D printer, acclaimed new festival Cro Cro Land, performed at the National Portrait Gallery for Martyn Ware, and up in the trees in a gothic graveyard at Danny Boyle’s Shuffle Festival.

EGO artwork is by illustrator Clementine Hope of Studio Forest.

Mixed and mastered by Paul Tipler (Stereolab, Liines, Elastica, Transglobal Underground) at Unit 13 Studios.
