Ceiling Demons

Ceiling DemonsDark, brooding alternative Hip Hop from North Yorkshire’s Ceiling Demons as they unleash latest single Lost The Way.

Come Play With Me are becoming a force to be reckoned with, their first three singles have already highlighted some of the finest acts around. Their fourth single compounding this even further with Leeds own Maggie8 on one side and North Yorkshire’s Ceiling Demons on the other. The latter have been garnering praise from across the board as well as supporting the likes of De La Soul and Sleaford Mods.

Ceiling Demons are comprised of identical twin brothers Psy Ceiling and Dan Demon, the bands dark and intense performances originally brought them to our attention.

On Lost The Way the band had the following to say. “There are a few themes in Lost the Way, nature is one. We live in the Yorkshire Dales so naturally the landscape influences our music. Feelings of loneliness and directionless sometimes come from it, other times it’s a kind of respect for the vastness and beauty of those rolling hills. As ever, though, it’s a song to be interpreted however you like.

“It’s one of our more positive songs; a little bit of light against the darkness that usually permeates our music, but it’s nice to have a track that calls for a bit of solidarity and progression.”
