There’s no getting round it Apple do make the best stuff.
If your constantly mobile, running a website is impossible without an iPad, it’s great to use, quick and easy,
BUT it’s hammering on the data usage.
Three months ago I upgraded to the iPhone 4s and have been clobbered by bills for Internet usage, coinciding with the cap on 1GB for data usage the iPhone has become almost unusable on the Internet.
Some days I seem to use 500MB of data and that’s just by answering emails and checking the website. I never use video and I have given up on Spotify.
When yomobs raveling and use your iPhone this is a real pain. I ring up O2, my provider, and they say go to a free wifi zone… what if you always have to move about?
This situation spells the end of Spotify – what’s the point of Spotify premium if if you can’t use it?
I’m thinking of downgrading my phone, ditching Apple and iPhones and getting one that just does phoning and no Internet, it’s the same as what I have now after ten days when the internet is cut off and far cheaper.
