Also a film, consisting entirely of a blue screen only. Recorded four months before he quietly slipped away, Derek Jarman’s autobiographical tale of coming to terms with his own imminent demise. Inevitable dark thoughts surpressed with a passionate fighting spirit. Sad, poignant, beautifully narrated. Everyone should have the chance to make a film or record before they die.
