7. Loveless – My Bloody Valentine
The noise, the tunes, the lush beautiful voices. A wonderful cacophony sometimes brutal, sometimes soft as a feather. Encapsulates most of life’s emotions all in one
record. I saw Kevin Shields shortly after this was released. I told him what a great album it was. He said ‘thanks’. That’s the most boring story you’ll hear all day, guaranteed. Still sounds good.
