10. Heaven – Shockabilly

I don’t know anyone else who has this record. It is unbelievably brilliant. Half covers, half originals. Punky, disrespectful, searing discordant guitar solos, With titles like ‘She Was A Living Breathing Piece Of Dirt’, Vampire Tiger Girl Strikes Again’ and ‘How Can You Kill Me? I’m Already Dead’. Eugene Chadbourne walks the line between genius and mental. I think he’d prefer to be mental.
