Factory Floor debut album cover artworkI know this should not be amazing but how many old rock stars even admit to liking music from their own century let alone anything from ‘the now’ also, let’s face it, how many people of Elton’s age group or any other age group listen to any music outside their era.

So it was heart warming that the piano tonking, successfully thatched, sequinned outfit wearing national treasure and session player from all those Top Of The Pops albums from a million years ago is a fan of minimalistic electronic outfit and LTW faves Factory Floor as he told the Guardian that he had just bought the band’s debut album claiming that “punishing is good”.
