Brighton five-piece Elka release their uplifting, feel-good debut EP.

Each song on the EP is a beautifully crafted pop number, offering a fresh sound that combines both a raw and energetic style; the use of sampling and jazz sound-bites creates instrumental hooks that provides a unique edge to their melodic pop.

Songwriter Joel introduces the new material as: “Somewhere between listening to Kid A, The Police, Interpol and the Beverly Hills Cop soundtrack we found a collection of pop music we all could relate to, and believe in. ELKA is hopefully a nod to that”

After an exciting 2015 that saw the five piece featured by Channel 4’s Made In Chelsea,  ELKA have been on lock-down writing new music, working with mix engineer Donald Clark, the man behind Swim Deep, Noah and the Whale and most notably Muse.
