The band will headline Manchester Club Academy On Friday 29th May.

Due to popular demand, Blossoms have added a second Manchester date to their first UK headline tour. The 28 date run will now close at Manchester’s Club Academy on Friday 29th May, after the band’s original homecoming show at Manchester Gorilla sold out two months in advance.

The band, who are currently half way through the extensive series of dates, are currently climbing the 6 Music & XFM playlists with their second single ‘Cut Me and I’ll Bleed’. The psych-pop infused track has recently secured the band their first entry in the Spotify Top 50 UK Viral Charts and will be released through Skeleton Key Records on March 2nd. The single will be available as a download and limited edition 7” vinyl.

In the coming months, Blossoms are due to appear at SXSW with BBC Introducing in March before embarking on their debut trip to Japan, with dates in Tokyo planned for April.

Tickets for the extra Manchester date will go on sale on Friday 27th February at 9am.
