Veteran punkers-turned-London-blooze-punks The Bermondsey Joyriders will launch their second album with a night of mayhem and revolution in the heart of Soho tonight (Thursday).

The band, who include former members of Chelsea and esteemed cohorts of Johnny Thunders, will introduce ”ËœNoise & Revolution’ at Madame Jojo’s alongside guest narrator Charles Shaar Murray.

Charles will be stepping into the shoes of MC5 manager and 1960s revolutionary bete-noire John Sinclair, who provides the growly spoken-word links on the new album.

Support will come from Deptford punks The Phobics, and Kiria LePink is Mistress of Ceremonies.

”ËœNoise & Revolution’ is due for release next Monday on limited edition digipak CD and high quality 180g vinyl presented in a unique foldout sleeve. Copies go on sale first at Thursday’s launch bash.
