After you start to realise, however, that the likely-hood of that dream becoming a reality, is equivalent to the likely-hood of you backing a horse at 1000/1 and it crossing the line first, you decide you're perhaps best off just settling for the next best thing - writing about the beautiful, art form instead. Mogwai have been reshaping post rock or whatever you want to call that space for years now. In truth they operate brilliantly in the shadows of post punk, soundscape, soundtrack and even Goth to create stunning spectral pieces that are captivating and thrilling.
