ArcTanGent Festival Announced Headliners, Exclusive Performances And More for 2018
ArcTanGent Festival 2018 taking place this August from the 16 ~18 at Fernhill Farm in Somerset; has made some jaw dropping announcements this week. For the past five years, ArcTanGent has built itself a solid reputation as one of the finest UK rock festivals for exclusive performances from exceptional worldwide artists and supporting exciting new emerging talent and being the perfect festival for fans of math-rock, post-rock, noise-rock, alt-rock as well as everything in between. This year ArcTanGent are taking their amazing festival to the next level.
The second wave of artists announced includes headliners New York’s post-hardcore Glassjaw, minimalist rock trio Shellac and playing an exclusively post-metal instrumentalists Pelican. Not enough wow for you – ArcTanGent Festival 2018 has more. The main stage will for the first time this year be active on the Thursday with Northern Irelands And So I Watch You From Afar playing the inaugural headline.
Held at Fernhill Farm a mere 10 miles south of Bristol and just 2 hours from London ArcTanGent Festival is a friendly and intimate experience. Capacity is strictly limited to 5,000 and with over 70 bands across four stages plus a well loved silent disco this is the festival that will create amazing memories for years to come. Held over three night from Thursday August 16 – Saturday 18 with camping ArcTanGent provides plenty of musical and festival experiences to enjoy as well as thoughtfully curated food and drink options.

Also with the three headliners ArcTanGent have over a dozen additional artists including Arcane Roots, Black Peaks, Delta Sleep, Telepathy, Scalping and Wren. The set list which already included GIRAFFES? GIRAFFES!, Pianos Become Teeth, Foxing and GUG is looking very special. You can also expect more to be announced over the coming weeks – so keep your eyes and ear open for even more special ArcTanGent Festival content.
