2. Sex Pistols – Never Mind The Bollocks Here’s the Sex Pistols

I bought this on holiday in Blackpool the summer of ’79. For some reason i ended up getting the Canadian pressing with the pink sleeve. I spent the whole holiday wanting to go home so that i could play it. I’d already heard God Save the Queen and Pretty Vacant but nothing prepared me for the jackboots and Holidays in the Sun. The attitude, the vocals and THAT guitar sound. I now had a Buzzcocks album and a Pistols album and i thought i had the world entire.
