Alice Cooper to gig in 4D
Alice Cooper to gig in 4D!!
As if 2D wasn’t bad enough, Alice Cooper/Jägermeister have announced a ground-breaking exclusive”¦ The ‘Jägermeister Ice Cold Event’ will take place on Wednesday 11 May 2011 at Battersea Power Station, London with Alice Cooper appearing in 4D.
The ‘Jägermeister Ice Cold Event’ is set to make history as the UK’s first holographic 4D rock gig and will celebrate the release of the new Alice Cooper Box Set ”ËOld School: 1964-1974′. Featuring original band members Alice Cooper, Dennis Dunaway, Neal Smith and Michael Bruce, plus Steve Hunter standing-in for the late Glen Buxton, the ‘Jägermeister Ice Cold Event’ will be the first time the group has ‘appeared’ together in the UK since 1972 ”â but they won’t be appearing, they will be holograms.
So what the hell is 4D? According to LTW scientists; 4D refers to a coordinate system made of 4 axes, all at right angles from each other (following so far?) I wasn’t, so I asked for a simple explanation to be told; The easiest way to understand 4-space is to think first-off about 2-space, or 2D objects. A circle is a 2D object. A sphere is the extension of a circle into the 3rd dimension to make a 3D object. A hyper-sphere is the extension of that Sphere into the fourth dimension to make a 4D object. A 4D hyper sphere has the same relation to a normal 3D sphere as that sphere has to a 2D circle.
Still with us ”â me neither! What I do know is that Alice Cooper will allegedly be playing gig in London when he will in actual fact be back in the US of A ”â I guess it’s a bit like in the original Star Wars when R2D2 relayed the message from Princess Leia to Luke.
There are just 800 exclusive tickets available to the “Jägermeister Ice Cold Event”, which can be won by applying via the new Jägermeister U.K. Facebook page.
Either way LTW won’t be attending the gig in 1, 2, 3 or 4D!!
