Ageing comedians complain that the Rolling Stones are too old- band as controversial as everFor some reason there always seems to be comedians commenting on rock music- weird because I never see musicians getting to do documentaries about comedy.


A whole host of varying quality comics have been busy talking about the Rolling Stones and most of them were bothered by their age- few rockers were heard to comment about Bruce Forsyth who was also performing at Glastonbury..


The Rolling Stones seem to bother the establishment as much as they did when they started even though they are now establishment themselves!
Comedian Frankie Boyle mocked frontman Mick Jagger by referencing the Maroon 5 hit ‘Moves like Jagger.’
He wrote: “Moves like Jagger is now something a careworker writes on a physiotherapy report.”
Fellow comedian Bill Bailey said: “I like the way Keith Richards looks like he’s always playing a different song, in a different tempo in a different dimension.”

Comedian Ross Noble said: “Thanks twitter it seems everyone agrees the Rolling Stones are terrible/amazing.” He also advised viewers to watch horror film Day of the Dead on fast forward to get the same effect as watching the band.

  1. Sometimes I think some young comedians feel good bashing the Rolling Stones. You can blame the music if it don’t fit to your kind of musical taste – but respect the musicians.
