Win Bermondsey Joyriders goodie bags
The Bermondsey Joyriders have just released their debut album ”ËNoise And Revolution’ to a cavalcade of critical praise…Charles Shaar Murray describing them as “a unique spin on punk blues” and Vive le Rock magazine advising “see them at all costs” LTW reviewed the bands recent album launch gig (LTW review) and described them as “punk rock as it was supposed to be”Â
As such we are delighted to be able offer two goodie bags containing some rather special Joyriders items;
The ‘Noise & Revolution’ album on 180g vinyl (limited edition of just 300) plus a digipak CD ”â the vinyl version comes housed in an unusual and rather nice sleeve, the front of which is gatefold, the inner sleeve displays all the individual posters created to compliment the separate tracks.
The famous Bermondsey Joyriders ‘Make Tea Not War’ tea towel (inspired by the tune ‘Proper English’ and currently flying off the merch stand like… hot teacakes?)…just the towel, not the tea pot!!
The first two posters to be printed from a series of 11 (one for each tune on ‘Noise & Revolution’, as seen on the BJR’s Master of Ceremonies’ flipchart whenever the record is performed the record live & in full). First designs are ‘Proper English’ and ‘Society Is Rapidly Changing’.
To win this rather nice package, just answer this fiendishly difficult question;
Q. Joyriders members Gary Lammin and Martin Stacey were previously members of an early version of UK punk band Chelsea ”â what was the title of Chelsea’s first single released in June 1977 on Step-Forward Records.
Send your answer marked JOYRIDERS along with your name/address/postcode to feverp(at)btinternet(dot)com
The editors decision is final, no cash alternative Ӊ winners will be notified by email and your prize shipped direct from the Joyriders label.
