On Saturday 6th May 2017 award winning journalist and musician John Robb will be in conversation with Alexander Hacke (Einsturzende Neubaten), and Danielle De Picciotto (Berlin Love Parade)

John Robb will be delving into the history of Einsturzende Neubaten from the bands early unremittingly harsh industrial sounds to their (slightly) more conventional current sound;

Alexander Hacke was also one of the artists responsible for re-imagining one of Robb’s own compositions ‘The Hum Of The Universe’ for The Membranes ‘Inner Space / Outer Space’ remix project.

Danielle de Picciotto was famously a founder of The Berlin Love Parade – the parade first occurred in July 1989, when just 150 people took to the Berlin streets.

In recent years Alexander Hacke & Danielle de Picciotto have collaborated on the albums “Perseverantia” (2016) and “Unity” (2017)

This sure to be fascinating conversation will take place on the site of the Old Granada TV Studio’s .
