The Russian feminist punk band Pussy Riot have been found guilty of hooliganism.
The BBC reports that the three members on trial have been found guilty of hooliganism after performing a ‘punk prayer’ in a Moscow cathedral.

Three members of Pussy Riot found guilty of hooliganism have been sentenced to two years each in prison.
Shouts of ‘shame, shame!’ could be heard in the courtroom as the sentencing was returned.
